Conventional Mixer vs. Alphie 3D Mixer

Alphie Mixer is the only mixer of its kind, which is both safe to use and gives most uniform mixing results for making fire crackers.

For making the flower pot fireworks’s white chemical, barium nitrate, aluminum chips, Al powder and PVC resin powder are mixed in required proportions.

Contrary to manual mixing, which gives lots of vapour dust spread in atmosphere and risk to operator, Alphie mixer does the mixing in a sealed container. Good quality mixing results have been observed in 3 to 5 minutes of mixing time.

The biggest benefit of using Alphie is that there is a fixed container capacity to load in the machine. This way the machine is provided with an in-built protection against overload and consequently protected against possible accidents due to mixing too large a quantity at a time.
