The problem
One of our client’s application was to mix 20 kg of tungsten (90%) along with nickel and iron mixture to produce tungsten carbide tools. The resultant mixture was further made into 6 mm balls or into cuboids form. We were ready to take this homogeneity mixing challenge and we offered our heavy duty Alphie 20 model as the Tungsten Carbide powder mixer of choice. The powder mixing result was found to be homogeneous and accurate as desired.
