The problem
Traditionally, fireworks manufacturing is done manually, which is both highly labor intensive and unsafe. The sparkler powder viz. mixture of aluminum powder, barium nitrate and water composition is mixed manually. This not only makes the operator at risk, it also does not ensure uniform homogeneous mixing.

The Alphie 3D mixer comes with separate aluminium mixing containers, which are filled with powder and water in the required percentage. The container is then fitted in the mixer and it is rotated at 30 rpm speed for 10 minutes. And that’s it! A most homogeneous, uniformly mixed paste is ready to use.
